Quality Management Of Kindergarten Teaching Staff (A Multisite Study Of Integrated Islamic Kindergartens In Central Aceh Regency)
Abstract
This study explores teacher quality management in Integrated Islamic Kindergartens in Central Aceh Regency, focusing on planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. Using a qualitative multisite design at TK IT Az Zahra and TK IT Cendekia, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, then analyzed through data condensation, display, and verification. The findings indicate that quality planning integrates the institutions’ vision, mission, motto, and goals with national standards and JSIT guidelines, emphasizing academic, professional, and spiritual balance. Organizational quality is maintained through clear structures, measurable task divisions, coordination, and standard procedures. Recruitment applies competency-based criteria with Islamic values, including Qur’anic mastery, character, and pedagogical competence. Teacher development adopts Islamic andragogy, combining skills and spirituality through halaqah, studies, and mentoring. Supervision integrates academic, professional, and spiritual dimensions for comprehensive evaluation. This research formulates a hybrid model combining national standards and JSIT principles, placing goodness as the foundation, quality as the output, and excellence as the goal.
