Publishing System

This journal uses Open Journal Systems version 3.1.1.2. which is the management software and publishing of open source journals that are developed, supported and freely distributed by the Public Knowledge Project.

This diagram illustrates the editorial workflow of a peer-reviewed journal, involving various roles such as the Author, Section Editor, Reviewer, Copyeditor, Layout Editor, and Proofreader. The process begins with manuscript submission, where the author uploads the file and enters the required metadata. The Editor assigns the manuscript to a Section Editor, who conducts an initial screening and manages the peer review process by inviting suitable reviewers.

Once the review is completed, the Section Editor makes an editorial decision based on the reviewers’ recommendations. If accepted, the manuscript proceeds to the editing stage, which includes copyediting, layout formatting, and proofreading. Authors are involved in reviewing and approving the galleys.

Subsequently, the journal moves to issue management, where accepted manuscripts are organized and scheduled for publication. The final publication stage offers access to the article, either open or subscription-based. All accepted and rejected submissions are archived in the Submission Archive, and published articles appear in Current Issues and the Journal Archive, which is indexed for discoverability.

This structured workflow ensures transparency, quality control, and consistency throughout the editorial and publishing process.
