Generative AI Policy

Artificial Intelligence Tools Usage Policy for Prospective Authors
As an academic journal committed to the highest standards of integrity and scholarly excellence, we outline our policy on the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in manuscript preparation and submission.

Transparency in AI Assistance
Authors are strongly advised to disclose any AI tool usage in their manuscript preparation, specifying the nature and extent of AI involvement in the acknowledgments section.

Originality and Authorship
The manuscript's core ideas, analysis, and conclusions must originate from human authors, ensuring the originality and integrity of the work are maintained. AI tools may assist in language editing, formatting, or preliminary drafting, but they cannot replace human intellectual contribution.

Ethical Use of AI
AI tools must be used ethically and legally, complying with data protection and privacy regulations, particularly when processing personal, confidential, or sensitive data.

Quality and Accuracy
Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, validity, and scholarly quality of their submissions, including any AI-assisted or AI-generated content. All outputs must be carefully reviewed, verified, and edited by the authors before submission.

Citation and References
All AI-generated data, models, algorithms, or code must be properly cited, with appropriate attribution to publicly available tools, software, or datasets used in the research and manuscript preparation process.

AI-Generated Data
Authors must clearly describe any AI methodologies used to generate data, including the tools, versions, parameters, prompts (if relevant), and assumptions applied. Limitations and potential biases of AI-generated outputs should also be transparently discussed to enable critical evaluation.

Plagiarism and AI Similarity Threshold

All submitted manuscripts will undergo plagiarism screening using recognized plagiarism detection software.

  • The acceptable similarity index, including AI-generated similarity detection, must be within the range of 15–20%.

  • A similarity score above 20% will be considered unacceptable and may result in immediate rejection or request for major revision prior to peer review.

  • Any indication of unoriginal AI-generated content that substantially replicates existing published works without proper citation will be treated as academic misconduct.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts meet the journal’s originality standards prior to submission.

Peer Review and Editorial Scrutiny
Manuscripts utilizing AI tools are subject to rigorous peer review and editorial assessment. The editorial board reserves the right to request additional clarification regarding the extent and nature of AI tool usage.

Adherence to Community Standards
Authors are encouraged to follow evolving best practices, ethical standards, and disciplinary guidelines concerning the responsible use of AI tools in scholarly research and publication.

Author Declaration
By submitting a manuscript, the authors confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this AI Tools Usage Policy. Non-compliance may result in manuscript rejection, retraction, or restrictions on future submissions.
