Islamic religious formation in children has a big positive impact on the practice of prayer.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methodology: </strong>This research is a type of quantitative research. carry out research by distributing questionnaires and rating scales, because in this case the observations use a rating scale. Respondents numbered 30 madrasah children. Then, to obtain data about the development of the Islamic religion and the implementation of prayer services by children, a questionnaire and rating scale were used.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Main Findings: </strong>Islamic religious formation has a significant influence on the practice of prayer. Through these coaching efforts, individuals gain a deep understanding of Islamic teachings, including the procedures for performing prayers. Religious formation can strengthen spiritual beliefs and awareness, motivating individuals to perform prayer services consistently. Understanding of the meaning and purpose of prayer can also be improved through religious formation, so that individuals feel a closer connection with Allah in every prayer movement.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Novelty/Originality of this study: </strong>The importance of the development of the Islamic religion in forming the spiritual awareness of the people has a significant positive impact on the intensity and quality of the prayer practice of madrasah children. Data analysis in the form of non-statistical analysis is suitable for descriptive data or textual data.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Main Findings: </strong>The findings in this research provide a little more knowledge about: The important education of patience which has been explained in Q.S surah al-Baqarah verses 45, 153, 294 and Ali Imran verses 125, 186, 200, apart from providing calm for life. Patience also has the function of solving problems well and not being hasty in carrying them out, so that people who implement this trait will find it easy to obey Allah and His Messenger.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Novelty/Originality of this study: </strong>This research carries originality in exploring the dimensions of patience education contained in the verses of the Qur'an, especially Surah Al-Baqarah verses 45, 153, and 249, as well as Ali Imran verses 125, 186, and 200. This research data collection technique uses structured interviews and direct observation. Data analysis in this research uses the Miles and Hubermen model.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Main Findings: </strong>The results of this research show that the Satu Suro Tradition, especially Tahlilan, has been proven to have a significant positive impact on society. Tahlilan is not just a religious ritual; More than that, this tradition strengthens a sense of togetherness, mutual cooperation and religious values. Active participation from various levels of society creates strong social ties, from families to the younger generation. In the context of Islamic religious education, the integration of Tahlilan helps students understand religious teachings more deeply and apply them in the context of local culture and traditions. Tahlilan is a source of inspiration and spiritual guidance, creating a deeper understanding of togetherness, solidarity and spirituality in Islam.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Novelty/Originality of this study: </strong>This research presents an innovative concept in integrating local wisdom values and Islamic teachings, highlighting the close relationship between religion and culture. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document research, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Main Findings: </strong>The research results highlight the differences and similarities in the traditions of the Prophet's birthday in Indonesia, Iran and Pakistan. In Indonesia, celebrations tend to reflect local cultural diversity and interfaith tolerance. In Iran, the Prophet's Birthday tradition has become an integral part of Muslim life with the added element of art and performance. Meanwhile in Pakistan, celebrations involve strong religious and social activities, strengthening the bonds of the Muslim community.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Novelty/Originality of this study: </strong>The novelty of this research lies in exploring the unique aspects of celebrating the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in madrasah in Indonesia, Iran and Pakistan. Using observation, interview and document study data collection techniques. In analyzing the data, researchers used qualitative analysis techniques with data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Main Findings:</strong> Forms of Islamic character such as honesty, responsibility, tolerance and deliberation are strongly reflected in the Deli Malay community in Medan Maimun District. Character formation involves various methods such as teaching, example, habituation, motivation, and enforcing rules. Supporting factors include participation in madrasah or Islamic boarding schools, additional learning in muktabs, and the existence of Malay associations. However, there are also challenges in the process of forming Islamic character, such as the influence of globalization, the lack of Deli Malay culture being maintained, and the lack of figures who can be used as role models.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Novelty/Originality of this study: </strong>This research explores various methods and strategies used to integrate Islamic values ​​in character education in this community.
